Demand & Inventory Planner

As a Demand & Inventory Planner you forecast the demand based on the analysis of historic order patterns and based on the prediction of future sales volumes, working closely together with our sales organisation. You define the stock items and optimal inventory quantities, stored in our distribution centre in Perwez, working closely together with the Supply Chain department and the Business analyst. Your working location will be Perwez and as this function is new to the group, you have a unique opportunity to develop the job in the most efficient way.

The main tasks:

• Define forecast items
• Generate rolling forecast/demand plan
• Define stock items and optimal inventory quantities
• Solve problems

Profile:

• Academic working/thinking level
• University degree preferably in Supply Chain
• Analytical skills, result oriented, organized, proactive, influencing, communication skills
• Starter
• Expert in Excel
• Languages: English, Dutch fluent in speaking and writing. French good in speaking and writing
