Goal of the function

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join our international marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring marketing professional to gain practical, hands-on experience across various facets of marketing in a fast-paced environment. The Trainee will support our marketing efforts, contribute to ongoing campaigns, and learn valuable skills from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Trainee will assist the Marketing team with various marketing projects, which may include but are not limited to:

eCommerce:
Supporting our e-commerce platforms and e-catalogue by maintaining product data, generating reports, conducting market research, and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and conversion on our e-shop.

Social Media Support:

  • Scheduling and publishing social media posts.
  • Monitoring social media channels for engagement and comments.
  • Assisting in the development of social media campaigns.

​​​​​​​Content Creation & Management:

  • Assisting in the creation of engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, email newsletters, and website.
  • Conducting research to support content development and identify relevant industry trends.
  • Organizing and maintaining marketing collateral and digital assets.
  • Performing quality assurance on marketing copy translations.

Email Marketing:

  • Helping to draft and format email newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Assisting with email list segmentation and management.

Campaign Support:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, etc.).
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics.

Profile

Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in Dutch, and proficient in English.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
