What are the general leadtimes?

We aim to ship out standard stocked products within 24 hours, though lead times of customised products can vary. The order arrival time depends on your location. We advise you to choose our standard stocked products in order to get your air filtration system order faster.

Which materials do you work with?

Our standard products come in galvanized steel, stainless steel or black steel. You can review our full material range and all our air filtration products in our e-catalogue.

Where are your production facilities located?

Our contribution to clean air starts at our two production facilities in Europe: one is located in the Netherlands, and another in Lithuania.

Is it possible to visit your production facilities?

We'd be happy to show you around our production facilities. Get it touch with your account manager to organise an appointment for your clean air solution.

Can you also arrange the complete engineering?

We can help you design your air filtration unit with our engineering skills and experience. Get in touch with our customer service team to find out your options.

What is the shipping date?

Will you deliver one full order or few partial orders?

We aim to deliver your purchase in one full order unless requested otherwise.

Can I pick up the order myself?

You can indeed collect your order yourself. When you place your order, let us know if you will collect it and if packaging is required.

Is it possible to have the goods send directly to our end-customer?

Absolutely. Simply mention the shipping details when placing your order.

Can you deliver the order at specific time?

It is possible to request a specific delivery time with no additional costs. However, if the delivery date is changed after the order has been packed, there may be storage costs.

Is it possible to send the goods without Formula Air logo and include our own delivery note?

We can send the goods without our branding. Please mention this requirement when placing your order.
