In the year 2004, Formula Air made a strategic move by acquiring a manufacturing facility in Lithuania. This acquisition marked a significant milestone in the company's history as it allowed to expand our global presence and strengthen our manufacturing capabilities. The manufacturing company acquired had already established itself as a reputable player in the Lithuanian market, with a strong track record of producing high-quality products.

Capacity

Baltic production site specializes in producing standard ducting solutions and ATEX certified products with a monthly steel processing capacity of 30 tons. We are commited to meet large-scale production requirements without compromising on quality or precision. The facility is equipped with a range of innovative machinery, enabling us to deliver superior quality products and services. Our capacity includes standard manufacturing proccesses: 3D laser cutting, automatic bending,  assembling, welding, robot welding and pressing.

Sustainability

Sustainability is a core aspect of our operations. Our production site is becoming solar-powered in 2024, significantly reducing our carbon footprint. Additionally, our commitment to sustainability extends to our manufacturing processes. We implement lean manufacturing, and engineering programs to maximize the use of materials and minimize waste generation. In fact, we ensure that our operations produce only scrap metal, which we responsibly send for recycling.
