System with extraction arms
Welding fumes or metal grinding and cutting waste are sucked directly from the pollution source through extraction arms or extraction table.
- Extraction arms: length ranges from 1 m to 9 m; ⌀ 80 to 200 mm; available for ATEX 2G/2D zones
- Extraction table: width from 1 m length to 3 m; with or without an integrated fan; with additional covers
- Filters:
- filtration area from 13 to 900 m²
- with integrated fans in acoustic boxes
- with an automatic filtering e-regeneration
- certified to ATEX norms
- with W3 certificate for welding fumes
Solution 2
PUSH-PULL system
In factories where it is not possible to install a point extraction system with extraction arms, we can offer a general recirculation system called "PUSH-PULL" for welding fumes. This system is used for where the welding products are extremely large (machinery, trailer manufacturing, ship repair, etc.).
