This means that you can get your hands on the products you need as quickly as possible, without having to wait for the standard production process.
To ensure that Speed Lane is used effectively and fairly, we have specific terms and conditions that outline product eligibility, availability, and order handling procedures. These terms and conditions are designed to protect both the customer and our business and to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to use this service option.
A service fee of 50% of the initial ordered product value will be charged for Speed Lane.
The production lead time will be reduced to 3 days, or as much as possible based on production capacity within other Speed Lane orders, and other factors beyond our control.
The speed Lane option does not apply to painted, hot-dipped galvanized, and pickled items.
Once you place an order with Speed Lane, we will send you a confirmation email detailing the lead time, service fee, and other relevant information.
The option of Speed Lane is non-refundable, and the order cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun.
Our standard warranty policies apply to products produced and shipped via Speed Lane.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as transport delays, production issues, etc.
