Our Product Range

The full welded range for oil mist systems includes a variety of high-quality, compatible components designed for seamless integration:

  • Straight pipes (AAAA)

Crafted with precision, our laser-welded pipes use Sendzimir plates (0.75–1.25 mm thick) for maximum durability and airtightness. Heavier gauges are hand-welded for enhanced strength. Featuring 6 mm flat edges for universal ring compatibility, these pipes ensure a seamless, leak-proof connection in standard ducting systems.

  • Laser welded bends (BCBA)

Pressed bends (Ø80–Ø275) are manufactured from two precisely pressed halves that are laser welded together, ensuring a completely airtight connection. To enhance durability and corrosion resistance, the welding line is treated with Galvanal. Featuring 6 mm flat edges, this design guarantees smooth airflow while preventing leaks, making them a reliable and efficient choice for various industrial applications.

  • Segmented bends (BCBA)

Segmented bends (Ø315 and above) are galvanized for enhanced protection and a secure, airtight connection. Each bend includes 6 mm flat edges. Designed for larger diameters, they provide robust performance in demanding industrial environments.

  • Branches and Trousers (BCCA and BCCE)

Made from rolled sheets and hand-welded, they come in various configurations, including 30º, 45º branches, T-branches and double branches. Galvanized and featuring 6 mm flat edges, these components ensure airtight performance under diverse operational conditions.

  • Other components

We also offer various hand-welded components, such as tapers, throttle valves and transition pieces. These parts feature grinded welds treated with Galvanal for enhanced corrosion resistance. Transition pieces come with straight "fbb" welded extensions for easy integration into existing systems. All components are designed with 6 mm flat edges, with customizable solutions available for unique requirements.

How The System Works

Here, we provide an example of a fully welded oil mist filtration installation. This system is ideal for environments where oil mist needs to be safely captured and filtered, such as in metalworking, automotive manufacturing, food processing and industrial machining facilities.

  • Extraction piping for contaminant capture
    The entire ducting system (no.1) is full welded, providing a leak-proof solution that captures oil mist-laden air from inside the facility and directs it into the filtration system.

    The captured air is processed by the oil mist filtration unit (no.2), which effectively separates oil particles from the airflow.

  • 24-hour operation with dual filters
    This setup includes a dual-filter configuration that operates on an alternating 8-hour cycle. While one filter works, the other allows collected oil to drain, preventing clogging and ensuring 24-hour operation without interruptions.

  • Powerful suction and circulation
    The industrial fan (no.5) delivers consistent suction and air circulation.
