Do I need to create a customer account to make a purchase?

To make a purchase on our e-shop, you'll need to create a customer account. Simply submit the necessary details, and we'll confirm your account within one business day if approved.

How can I register for an account?

To create an account, click "Your Account" at the top right of our e-shop and fill out the "Request an Account" form with your email, password, and required information. If your account is approved, you will receive the confirmation within one business day.

How can I order products?

Log in to your account or request one if you haven't already. Add the desired products to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. Follow the simple steps to complete your order.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value.

How can I ask a question about a product or delivery?

How can I view my previous orders?

Log in to your account, go to "My Account," and click on "Orders." Here, you can view your previous purchases and their shipping and payment statuses.

What happens after I complete an order?

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed and you can track your order's status in your account. Shipping times will depend on product availability and will be confirmed via email. You'll receive a final invoice via email.

What if a product is not immediately available?

If a product is not available for immediate delivery, you can still purchase it. Note that these items may have a longer lead time. Please check the shipping out period for each item.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we accept payment by invoice. Invoices will be emailed as PDF documents. We may change the payment method to "Prepayment" after manually verifying your order and address information.

Is VAT included in the prices?

No, VAT is not included in the displayed product prices. You'll see the VAT added to your order total in the shopping cart and on your final invoice.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on your order total. You'll see the exact shipping price and available options (standard or express) once you proceed to checkout.

What is the difference between standard shipping and express delivery?

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 4-5 business days after shipment.
  • Express Delivery: Next business day delivery (if the order is received before 12 noon) after shipment.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Germany only.

Which shipping service providers do you use?

We use DB Schenker for shipping general cargo, which includes items that we send on a pallet. For parcel shipping, we use UPS. The shipping carrier is determined based on the type of shipment.

How can I track my shipment?

To track your shipment, please contact us directly via email. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the tracking number and further instructions to monitor the progress of your package.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change the delivery address by phone as long as the status of your order has not changed to "shipped."

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by phone or email and also you must to inform the carrier directly.

How can I change my password?

Log in to your account, go to "Your Account," and then to "Your Profile" in the navigation on the left. Here, you can manage and change your password.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Click on the "Forgot your password?" link in the login area. Enter your email address and confirm. You will receive a link to reset your password (valid for 2 hours).

Can I edit my personal data?

Yes, log in to your account, go to "Your Account," and click on "Your Profile" in the navigation on the left. Here, you can edit and save your data.

How can I delete my customer account?

You can delete your account by sending an email request to eshop@formula-air.com.
