Delivery
Premium customers can enjoy free deliveries for small orders which saves up €800 - €2000 annually on delivery costs.
We understand regular small size orders can add up when it comes to delivery charges. With this benefit, you can purchase conveniently without worrying about delivery costs. It's our way of making your experience with us even better.
Service
Priority, technical consult service, 2D & 3D files are prepared for your convenience. Our Premium customers get all this for free which saves time and unnecessary costs.
The access to our priority service ensures you meet deadlines with confidence, the technical consult service will provide you with valuable insights, and our engineering files will contribute to seamless project execution.
Tools
The free tools that we provide will save you time and guide you towards the right selection of products. They come in really handy when purchasing complex technical products for dust extraction installations.
Our digital tools such as fan selector will simplify the decision-making and sales order process. It's available for our Premium customers.

Delivery

Small Standard Shipments 24h:
We guarantee standard orders will be shipped out within 24 hours from our high-capacity Logistics center in Belgium. Order size below €5000.

Speed Lane Service:
The Speed Lane service allows you to pay a fee to prioritize your order and bypass the production process queue, ensuring faster delivery of eligible products. More information about this service can be found at the following link: Speed Lane Terms and Conditions.

Express Shipments Without Surcharge:
Four times a year, customers can use our express shipments without any additional surcharge.

Free Shipment:
Premium customers Level 1: orders below €750 qualify for no transport fees; Level 2 - order below €500.

Free Speed Lane:
Customers can enjoy the benefits of the standard Speed Lane service without any charges four times a year.

Large Orders Logistics Priority 48h:
If your order meets specific criteria for large shipments*, it will be prioritized for Logistics and shipped out within 48 hours, instead of the standard 4-day timeframe. Large orders are above €5000.

Extra Services:
All additional services related to packaging and cutting are provided free of charge. The usual fee for such services is €65/h.
Service

Sales Transaction Priority:
We will prioritise processing of all your sales transactions (quotes, orders, cases, and queries) to ensure faster service.

Technical Product Training:
We provide technical product training at our Logistics center in Belgium or another preferred Formula Air location. This also includes warehouse tours to showcase our Logistics setup and stocked products.

Consult Service & 2D Drawings:
We offer consult service for technical solutions, including written advice and engineering drawings, ensuring that the right solution is selected. The usual fee for this service is €65/h.

3D Visual Sales Support:
As an additional service, we support you by offering installation files in 3D format. The usual fee for this service is €95/h.
Tools

CAD Library:
Customers are provided with full access to Formula Air's standard technical files library, which includes .dxf and .step documents.

Fan Selection Tool:
If required, we give you access to the industrial fans selection tool, where you can review fan options and select the appropriate fan according to your needs.

CPQ Tool:
You can log in to the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool to select and request quotes for non-standard and technical products that are not available in our standard product range.
