LUKA Association gathering at Formula Air
Formula Air recognizes the importance of associations such as LUKA in facilitating knowledge exchange and promoting technological development in the industry. By participating in such events and discussions, Formula Air can keep up with the latest trends and advancements in ducting manufacturing. These associations also provide an opportunity for Formula Air to collaborate with other manufacturers, share best practices, and work towards continuous improvement not only within the company but on a global scale as well.
A few weeks ago, Formula Air hosted a meeting of LUKA, the Dutch Association of Air Duct Manufacturers. LUKA's primary goal is to promote the technical development of air ducts in all its facets. This association is a great platform for manufacturers to come together and discuss industry-related topics.
The meeting took place at our production site located in Beek en Donk and saw the presence of about 50 LUKA members. The day started with a general meeting of members, where various issues that have occurred in the industry were evaluated. This meeting provided an excellent opportunity for members to exchange ideas and solutions for challenges they encountered.
After the general meeting, all LUKA members were given a tour of Formula Air's production facilities in Beek en Donk. The visitors were amazed by the innovative devices and systems available, and it was great to see plenty of positive reactions.
Later in the day, the group was given a presentation about cybercrime and ransomware. The discussion highlighted the importance of cybersecurity in today's digital age and the measures that companies must take to protect themselves against online threats.
The day concluded with snacks and drinks, so the participants could look back on a successful day. The LUKA meeting provided a fantastic opportunity for ducting manufacturers from The Netherlands to come together and network.
